A Healing Journey is any experience, or range of experiences, that enables the individual to seek within and to raise up for review, and healing, issues of pain.
A Healing Journey can be anything at all. It may be a simple journey to the supermarket, that raises an issue. With this issue raised, the individual is being given the opportunity to review self, to learn something about self from it, to heal self and to release pain from the individual self, giving inner freedom.
A Healing Journey may be a holiday, a guided meditation, a favourite piece of music, a walk in the park or on the beach, an exercise session, a chat with a friend or a family member. It is anything at all.
